Supreme Representative (Ms. Park, Geun-Hye)
The Party Chairperson is an official who legally and externally represents the party, having a tenure of 2 years. She was elected by party members and opinion polls on July 19, 2004.

Floor Leader(Mr. Lee, Jae-Oh)
The Floor Leader is the representative of a negotiating bloc. This position has the most responsibility and authority on parliamentary operation. Th Floor Leader is elected at the Caucus and the tenure is one year

Chairman of the Policy Committee (Mr. Lee, Bang-Ho)
Representing the Policy Committee, the chairman is appointed by the Party Chairman. He presiders over the Policy Committee meetings, deliberating on drafts of legislative bills and making adjustments in party policies.

Secretary General (Mr. Huh, Tae-Yeol)
It is appointed by the Party Chairmanake charge of the party's secretariat and execute the overall management of the party's operation
Party Convention Delegation
It is the highest decision-making body of the party with maximum representative of 10,000 members. Regular National Convention is held every two years.

Representative Convention:
The Representative Convention, with maximum of 800 lawmakers and chapter heads, is a commissioned organization of the Party Convention.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee deliberates and makes decisions on party affairs. The six ex officio members in the Steering Committee include the committee chairman, the supreme council assemblyman, officers of the party, and the chairman of the Standing Steering Committee.

Standing Steering Committee
The Standing Steering Committee is comprised of a maximum of 13 members including the Party Chairman, Floor Leader, Policy Committee Chairman, Party convention Chairman, Central Committee Chairman, Secretary General and the 7 members nominated by the Steering Committee.

General Meeting of the Assembly Members
The highest decision-making agency within the National Assembly Organized with the national assembly members of the party Elect floor leader, decide upon the National Assembly measures and strategies, and deliberate on national major policies and bills

Policy Committee
The Policy Committee is established under the Caucus to formulate party policies, and review and offer alternatives to government policies. The committee also researches and deliberates on drafting legislative bills.

Secretariat
The Secretariat executes party affairs. In order to carry out paryt affairs, secretariats are established at the central party, city/province chapter and district chapters.
